1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GalleryHive (the "Service"), operated by GalleryHive ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The Service

GalleryHive is an image storage, organisation and sharing platform. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping login credentials secure. You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) determine what each user can do. Account admins can access all content in the account for administration and governance.

4. Acceptable use

You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, or breaches any applicable law. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the images, videos and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, display and deliver Your Content to operate the Service (for example, generating thumbnails and serving galleries and embeds you create).

You are responsible for having the rights to upload and share Your Content.

6. Privacy & data

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We use reputable infrastructure providers to store and deliver content. Sharing settings you choose (public links, embeds, team access) control who can see specific content.

7. Plans, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in the currency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes (e.g. GST). Free trials require a payment method and convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Contributor seats beyond your plan’s included seats are billed per seat; viewers are free.

Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting your renewal.

8. Cancellation & account lifecycle

You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that, the account becomes read-only for a grace period during which you can reactivate.

If the account is not reactivated, it is archived and eventually purged, after which its content may be permanently deleted. Cancelling during a trial ends the trial with no charge.

9. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions refund window after a charge. Beyond that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
